I feel that this movie is ruined in the screenwriter's hands. I should have watched some movies with terrible scripts but I am pretty sure these movies were not promising that much. A good subject, a good protagonist, enough budget, some good side actors but all is gone because of irritating, unrelated sometime even nonsense dialogues and stories are told by Sérgio. They were caring too much about the messages to be given with words more then acting. I also should add that, the love story in the movie was too divine in some point you may ask in a wonder if it was a movie about Sérgio's personal life with some political life background.

A drama set in the chaotic aftermath of the US invasion of Iraq, where the life of top UN diplomat Sergio Vieira de Mello hangs in the balance after the bombing of the UN offices in Bhagdad.
Amazing to think that one man brought about so much peace in the world and at the end of the day he was flesh and bones like the rest of us.
Whilst watching this film it was actually scary to see that the US thought that the UN was actually working for them and went against UN advice and was proven to have broken the international treaty on human rights on a significant number of occasions.
Unfortunately after the bombing the UN pulled out of Iraq and civil war broke out leading to ISIS today.
How history could have been changed if this bombing had never of taken place, unfortunately we will never know.

BRRip is a video that has been encoded at HD resolution (usually 1080p) which is then transcribed to SD resolution. I know she did wrong but he definitely isn't a angel. Sergio is a failed attempt on making a real-life person actually interesting. This film is the most Netflix film I've seen so far. They take the real-life events that this person has gone for and just makes it into a two-hour love story in the middle of this man's life. Like there are many scenes where they are seen talking and starting to be in love, but there are more important details in his life that we could be watching instead. I was hoping it would be an actual political drama. Not a love story. Ana De Armas' performance was great. I thought she was great in the film. I previously saw her in Knives Out and thought she was amazing in it. This film also can raise awareness of the real-life diplomat. It was also semi-interesting throughout and it's watchable at times. Some problems like I said is the way it's presented. It's honestly baffling. We cut through the present and past. Just begin the film in the past and end in the present! Overall, it's just your average drama flick that isn't good nor bad. Just strange.
